All Marine Radios Supported by SoftRadio

On this page we have gathered links to the marine radio models that we support with an advanced remote control.

Icom

Icom have a number of radio models that share the remote control microphone HM-195. All of those radios can be remote controlled with SoftRadio.

IC-M423, M424, M400BB, M410BB, M506

Jotron

Jotron builds rack mounted marine base stations mainly for use on shore. These can be remote controlled using SoftRadio.

TR7750C

Sailor

Sailor has a broad spectrum of radios for onboard use. And are probably the most common brand on commercial vessels.

TP Radio

TP Radio builds mainly stationary radio units for wall mounting or rack mounting.

Other radios can also be used for marine channels

All standard LMR radios from for example Motorola, Hytera and Kenwood can also be programmed for use on the marine channels. And they can be remote controlled from SoftRadio.

SoftRadio also supports most other radios and other audio equipment

Other types of radios, than the ones above, can be connected through microphone, speaker and PTT but without the ability to change channels, make selective calls etc.

Also phones, intercoms, PA´s and other equipment can be connected to the SoftRadio system.
