Sailor Marine VHF Radios

With our universal network interface, you can remote control the audio and PTT on a Sailor radio.
With this you can remote control your radio from “anywhere” in the world using the Internet or other IP.

Functions

You get remote capability of audio and PTT. (No virtual control head or other functionality) The radio can simultaneously be used as a standard radio with its control head, microphone and speaker. No special programming is needed in the radio.

Suitable Network Interface is 3130 and cable kit 3092 or 3276 respectively.
Cable kit for Sailor 7222 under construction.

The Sailor 6222 & 6248 can also be fully remote controlled, see this page. For other types of Sailor radios, please ask.

Examples of use:

  • Local use when several dispatchers want to share one radio
  • Remote use where a dispatcher at one location want to talk to radio users at a different location
  • Remote use where a dispatcher would like to connect to many radios at different sites
  • CrossPatch between Marine radio channels and other two way radios, like analogue, IDAS, DMR, Tetra or PoC
