Sailor 6391 - Navtex

For the Sailor Navtex receiver 6391 we have a kit that gives a full remote control.
You can remote control your receiver from “anywhere” in the world using the Internet or other IP connection. All the receivers functions, are remote controlled.

Functions

One or many SoftRadio operators can monitor one or more Navtex units. All messages will be listed  and can be read in the same way as from the units front panel.

Messages are marked with an open or  closed envelope, depending on read or unread. Urgent messages and alarms are marked and also audio signalled when applicable.

  • Local use when several dispatchers want to share one receiver
  • Remote use where a dispatcher at one location want to listen to Navtex messages in another place
  • Typical use are onboard unmanned ships.
  • Also works over satellite IP systems
