Founded in 1993, LS Electronics started with a vision to improve cellular network design through test receivers and transmitters. Over time, we expanded our offerings to include a variety of custom communication solutions, building a reputation for quality and reliability. A pivotal moment for us came with the development of Mimer SoftRadio, which allowed remote control of radio communications over IP, a game-changer for unmanned systems. This innovation was just one example of how we’ve consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in critical communication.

This acquisition represents a major milestone for us, expanding our reach and giving us access to even greater resources to continue innovating. While LS Electronics continues to operate under its own name, we’re now part of a bigger team that shares our commitment to providing reliable, mission-critical communication systems.
 
The acquisition also means that we can further expand our capabilities in remote communication and radio integration, areas where we’ve already made a significant impact. We’re thrilled to be working alongside Northcom to continue pushing the envelope and strengthening our position in the global market.
